Scott #372 Reperforated at the bottom.

This Scott #372 has been reperforated at the bottom rather poorly, the hack job done to this stamp should be criminal. The image below shows a close up of the bottom edge. From this image one can see that the fool who attempted the reperforation did nothing more that take an Exacto knife and hack out pieces of the edge with no regard to the gauge or appearance of the resulting perforations.
