Suspect Scott #350, Unused HH Single (12/23/14).
This coil is often faked the catalog price for an unused HH #350 is a modest $140.00 and can be faked by adding perforations to #346, #346E or trimming perforations off of #334.
The watermark an inverted reversed double line “S” in the upper right corner, a “U” in the lower right corner, an “S” in the lower left corner and part of a “P” in the upper left corner.
The width of the suspect is 21.25mm at the top and bottom which is close to the ideal 21.55mm and the two cut edges are parallel.
The top perforations gauge out to 11.925 and the bottom perfs gauge at 11.949.
The next things to look at are the two straight edges. The left edge (left image) shows more characteristics of a genuine straight edge but the right edge does not.
The right edge does show suspect perforation remains:
Conclusion: In my opinion the suspect is a #334 with the perforations trimmed off of the right edge.
