At this time I have to beg to differ with the PF
opinion - I think it is a genuine paste-up pair. This pair was
given a good APEX certificate just after it was sold in the Stowlow Auction.
I don't know if the PF was aware of the APEX certificate when they gave this
stamp a bad opinion. This pair also shows up in a U.S.S.S.
article penned by W. Wallace Cleland (Specialist #665, Volume: 56, Number: 7, Year: 1985, Page: 303 - 305)
