Philatelic Foundation Certificate #179794 (Date: 9/2/87, as a pair), Opinion states: "And we are of the opinion that it is genuine, previously hinged reperforated at left and with paste-up paper adhering on that side".
Paste-up at left.
Left Height: Just under 24.5mm

After looking at the image of the back side of the stamp the paste-up paper color is manila (a BEP repair splice would most likely be made of white stamp paper) which leads me to believe that this stamp originally had the leader or ender strip attached (notice that the left hand side of the stamp was originally a straight edge) and has since been modified and reperforated. Because the straight edge is on the left I believe that this stamp came from a roll where the paste-up orientation was right over left.
